Background Ofuonyebuzor, Moses is a Nigerian, born in Abavo town of Delta State. He holds Nigeria Certificate in Education in 1983 from the then College of Education Agbor, Bachelor Degree in Education from University of Benin in 1992, Master Degree in Education in Guidance and Counselling from Delta State University Abraka in 1997. Currently, he is lecturer II in the Department of Educational Foundations. He has written many research journal articles and conference papers in local and national journals as well as chapters in books. He has attended and participated in many seminars and conferences Organised by the Counselling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) at both the state and national levels. Ofuonyebuzor, Moses has served in many capacities within and outside the school community such as: First full time Guidance Counsellor in the defunct College of Education Agbor, became an assistant director in the Directorate of Guidance and Counselling following the reorganization of the then counselling centre, regular speaker at orientation ceremonies on "Guidance service" in the school, guest speaker in many secondary school's graduation and prize giving day ceremonies on "career choice", guest speaker in a seminar on "drug addiction" among secondary school students organized by the Rotary club of Agbor. He was a vice Chairman of the counselling Association of Nigeria, Delta State chapter, sole moderator in all state CASSON Conferences from 2013 to 2018, a permanent state representative at CASSON National delegate conferences from 2013 to 2017. Furthermore, he was the team psychologist in the sports committee, general secretary school of Education Institutional Based Research (IBR) committee, Member/treasurer school of Education Conference and Journal Committee, and Chairman School of Education Management Committee on Public Address System (PAS). A merit award receiver from the Counselling Association of Nigeria, Delta State Chapter for his contributions to the growth and development of the association.
